Membership questions

Does membership include a conference ticket or sponsorship benefits?

Organisation Membership includes 2–16 complimentary Swiss Cyber AI Conference passes per year, depending on company size, plus member rates on additional passes. Sponsorship, exhibition packages, speaking slots and other commercial promotional services remain separate.

When does membership become effective?

Membership becomes effective after the application has been approved and the applicable annual contribution has been paid, subject to the SCAI statutes and membership rules.

Can companies and institutions join?

Yes. Companies, institutions and other organisations can apply for Organisation Membership. The annual contribution and number of included conference passes are determined by organisation size.

How is the Organisation Membership contribution calculated?

The annual contribution follows four company-size tiers: up to 10 employees — CHF 1'000 with 2 passes; 11–50 — CHF 2'000 with 4 passes; 51–250 — CHF 3'500 with 8 passes; 251+ — CHF 6'000 with 16 passes.
